ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Abstracts (written in English and not exceeding 500 words) should be submitted by February 28, 2019 (check important dates).
Authors can submit maximum 1 abstract per track-session. A second (third, fourth....abstract) is welcomed, providing that it is submitted to another track session, it is co-authored and the submitter/presenting author is someone else. The submitting and presenting author must be listed as the first author in the template form.
Presentations will be held in languages other than English according to arrangements from Convenors. Track Convenor(s) are responsible for reviewing, accepting/rejecting and organising submissions into their track session (check call for abstracts and track sessions).

- Once you edited your abstract aside, enter this platform by clicking the “Make submission” button below;
- Before closing submission, make sure that the abstract text is no more than 500 words all included and reports author’s name and surname, institution, email address and max. 5 keywords.
Selected abstracts will be published by March 20, 2019.
The final program of the Conference will be released by May 20, 2019.
